Dr. Solomon Djan is the Founder and Principal Consultant of McHat Consulting. He is an experienced Human Resources, Employee Relations and Labor Relations leader, educator and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations resolve complex workforce challenges, strengthen compliance and improve management effectiveness.
His expertise includes Employment Law Compliance, Employee Relations & Workplace Investigations, Labor Relations and Labor Law Application, collective bargaining, CBA interpretation and administration, grievances, arbitration preparation, discipline, performance management, employee handbooks, and company policy, procedure and workplace-manual development.
Dr. Djan has supported complex, multi-location and highly unionized operating environments. He works with executives, Human Resources professionals, Operations leaders and frontline managers to address sensitive employee matters, strengthen labor-management relationships and make fair, consistent and defensible workplace decisions.

As an entrepreneur, Dr. Djan understands the challenges involved in moving a business from concept to market.
